Conscious Practice has three core elements: Attention, Intention, and Connection.
We are present in the moment to what arises within us and around us. We are aware without attachment and notice without narrative.
We set intentions for who we want to be, what we will do and what we hope to achieve.
We stay connected with what is alive within ourselves so that we can connect with what is lively within others.
Practicing attention, intention and connection are the roots of positive or healthful choices. Choices that flow from our values and move us in the direction of what matters most.
