The blossoming spring reminds me of the importance of honoring turnover, a.k.a. change, a basic feature of living things. When change happens at a healthy pace, living things – including human beings and their organizations – have the best opportunity to thrive.
Over my eighteen years in business as an independent facilitator, speaker, and coach, change and its essential partner, continuity, have been valued companions in carrying out my mission to guide individuals and organizations to thriving.
Today, I’m excited to share an upcoming change with you all. After living for sixteen years in Nashville, TN my husband and I are relocating to Bradenton, Florida in June. Nashville has been an amazing home for us and we are grateful for our time and wonderful friends here, as we were when we made our home in Ohio.
While my address is changing, my mission and commitment to colleagues and clients here in Nashville and around the country continues. Helping people live into the fullest expression of their being so they can achieve what matters most, personally and professionally, is the enduring purpose of my life.
Count on me to continue supporting clients wherever they are, to build appreciative awareness and make positive choices to move in the direction of what matters most.
Sometimes we can use a reminder of the relationship between our direction and our focus, to help with that here is a downloadable phone, tablet, or computer screen saver I hope you’ll enjoy. This is a photo of my dog, Mattie, taken on Old Hickory Lake in Nashville.
I am grateful today and going forward for the opportunity to support clients on the path to thriving. If I can be of service to you or someone you know, my contact information remains the same: [email protected] or 615-418-5066.
Appreciatively,
Deb
